The dashboard shows alerts for out-of-stock and low-stock items, with direct access to take action.
📋 Product Management
Complete product registration
- Name and SKU — identify each product with an internal code
- Barcode — scannable with your phone camera or USB/Bluetooth scanner
- Current, minimum and maximum stock — set thresholds for automatic alerts
- Unit cost — to calculate total inventory value
- Category — Food, Beverages, Liquor, Cleaning, etc.
- Location — Warehouse 1, Refrigerator, Shelf 3…
- Assigned supplier — link each product to its supplier
- Notes — additional observations

- Search by name, SKU, barcode or category

Centralized management of all your suppliers:

Workflow states

Features
- Drag and drop cards between columns to change status
- Each card shows: supplier, items with quantities, total and date
- Edit orders in draft or pending status
- When marked as Received: stock is updated automatically and movements are recorded as “Purchase” with reference to the order and supplier

📊 Stock Movements
Complete history of everything in and out:
Movement types
- Purchase — incoming goods (automatic from received orders)
- Sale — outgoing from sales
- Adjustment — manual correction (in or out)
- Transfer — movement between locations
- Return — returned goods
Manual adjustment
- Select product and movement type
- Direction is set automatically based on type (Purchase = in, Sale = out)
- For manual adjustments, choose In or Out

Current stock + quantity = resultbefore confirming - Quantities always show the product’s unit (kg, lt, un, etc.)
Supplier info
When a movement comes from a purchase order, the supplier name is automatically shown in the list and detail view.
📥 Import & Export
Import products from Excel
- Download the template — Excel file with predefined columns and instructions
- Fill in your data — name, quantity, unit, minimum stock, category, etc.
- Upload the file — the system validates data and shows a preview
- Confirm — valid products are created automatically
Export
- Export inventory — download Excel with all products and their data
- Export movements — download Excel with full history including supplier
🔔 Automatic Push Alerts
Administrators receive push notifications in real time:
- Out of stock — “⚠️ Flour out of stock — Needs urgent restock”
- Low stock — ”📉 Only 3 lt of Oil left (minimum: 10)”
- New order created — ”📦 New order PO-0005 — XYZ Distributor”
- Order received — ”✅ PO-0005 received — Stock updated automatically”
- Status change — ”📋 PO-0005 → Approved”
Notifications are sent only to the venue’s administrators, never to other tenants.
